Boss4x4s & Eastern Offroad announce merger

Darren Schmid and Nigel West have been working together for over five years so it’s a natural progression to combine expertise from both: Darren with parts and Nigel with installation. This strong union will set Eastern Offroad from other related businesses because they have a deep understanding of how the parts work with each installation. Ultimately, we install what we sell.  

Chantilly, VA, October 31, 2021. Boss 4x4s and Eastern Offroad, announced their merger today, creating an industry leader in offroad parts and installations, particularly for Toyotas. The combined company will operate under the Eastern Offroad. The headquarters for the combined company will be in Chantilly, VA.
